हुलाकी न्यूज, काठमाडौं २९ पुस । न्याय परिषद्ले बिहीबार राति छापामार शैलीमा उच्च अदालतका ८० न्यायाधीश नियुक्ति गरेको भन्दै त्यसको चौतर्फी विरोध भइरहेको छ ।
मधेशी राजनीतिक दल, बुद्धिजीबी, कानूनव्यवसायी, नागरिक समाजका अगुवाहरुले सो न्याय परिषद्को सो नियुक्तिको कडा आलोचना गर्दै त्यसलाई सच्याउनसमेत माग गरेका छन् ।
न्याय परिषद्ले गरेको ८० नियुक्तिमा जम्मा ६ जना मधेशी मूलका छन् भने बाँकी ७४ गैरमधेशी (पहाडीमूल) का छन् । यो नियुक्ति समानुपातिक समावेशी सिद्धान्तविपरीत रहेको दाबी मधेशीहरुको छ ।
मधेशी नेताहरुले न्यायालय पनि नश्लीयताको आधारमा आफ्नो कार्य गरिरहेको आरोप लगाएका छन् ।
No surprise then when Nepal is ranked down 130 in corruption index. Judges appointment on the basis of political affiliation of judges- can anybody believe this in civilised world of today? Where is Babooram and his so called lieutenant of intellectual and civic society members of Nepal to protest about this decision? Can any of the judge dare to decide any case against their political masters who have appointed him?
